Organic Chamomile, Organic Peppermint Leaf, Organic Lavender

Brewing Instructions

Pour 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea in the strainer of your choice. Steep in 8 fl. oz. of boiling water for 2-4 minutes. Remove the strainer and add a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir and enjoy! (Steep time can be adjusted for desired strength and flavor.)
